Delete Your SigApp Account

This action is permanent. Deleting your account removes all your data and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted:

Your Firebase authentication account
All coaching data (Dr. Sigi memory, goals, session notes)
All analysis summaries stored on our servers
All chat stream data
Your subscription record

Local data on your device (analysis history, saved conversations) is cleared when you delete your account from within the app. If you uninstall the app, local data is also removed.

Option 1: Delete from the app (recommended)

Open SigApp → Settings → Account → Delete Account

This deletes both your server data and local data immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email to:

privacy@sigapp.com

Include the email address associated with your Google Sign-In. We will process your request within 7 business days.
